SHORT DESCRIPTION

It’s time to build an A-Team. And the first and most important ingredient here is CULTURE

You will need to foster specific attitudes and behaviors to create, sustain and grow high-performing teams.

Let’s start from the beginning: does your company have an inspiring vision and actionable mission? Do the values align with the desired mindset you want to have in your team? Do they reflect the reality of the current workplace?

Learn how to unleash the full potential of your peers and start building happy, diverse, high-performing teams in today’s workplace. Inspire and lead remote, distributed and global workforces with ease and engage every employee with a bigger purpose.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN ON THIS TRAINING?

At the end of this training, you will be able to:
  • Understand the importance of defining and cultivating company culture, and how to transmit it to the team
  • Know the good practices of company culture in the current context, and how to promote them in your team: high performance, remote, multidisciplinary, people-first. Also, practices to avoid and how to eliminate them
  • How to execute changes in the culture from the team, expanding its influence to the rest of the areas
